Testimonials

Here are what our clients and students say about our work

The Arts for Promoting Mental Health course has deeply helped me understand aspects of myself. Every session started with a check in, people underestimate the value that this simple check in has in our fast-paced lives. Grounding and resourcing techniques are so valuable to me - after these classes, they’ve subconsciously become a part of my life. I find myself taking a moment to stop, to breathe and to take the time out of any stressful activity to pull myself back together again.

Aishani, Student, Azim Premji University

The forum theatre process for exploring gender has great potential. It helped to stir some uncomfortable discussions and steered the conversation to move into reflection for change. The team's acting and pointed questioning helped to draw out the key messages. An interesting and interactive process to explore a sensitive subject.

Nirmala Menon, Founder, Interweave Consulting

Strong listening skills coupled with clarity of thought makes Bhargavi an accessible and sought after coach. In our sessions Bhargavi was able to help me with streamlining my team’s goals and align the same with the over arching goals. Not only does she give constructive feedback, but what struck me as collaborative, was her openness to receive feedback and her hunger to better understand the person and their roles and how they fit in the big picture. Bhargavi is a top notch coach.

The retreat has been a lot of fun. Thank you for keeping us engaged throughout. It was a mix of learning and creativity. It helped each of us discover something new about ourselves, each other and the organization. It was great to practice mindfulness and to look within and to get a chance to reflect. Very lively, well put together and very well organized .
