I am passionate about making accessible the vast set of tools and frameworks from expressive arts therapy, mindfulness and psychology to enable inner work. These are tools I have learnt over a decade, as a seeker, an arts practitioner, facilitator and therapist.
I have conducted over 1400 hours of personal therapy (under professional supervision), and have over 10 years of experience in group facilitation and experiential learning. I have learnt from and trained under several impactful teachers and trainers (see below).
Mostly, I have used these tools towards understanding and healing my own pain, learning to be more compassionate towards myself and building greater self-awareness, presence and connection.
Each time I enter my body and move with it: when I paint and make art: when I dance, move, sing: when I journey into the Forest: when I play in the Ocean: when I sit down to write, dive into myself and the world in order to create: some part of me always heals and integrates. I am called to show you some of the ways I have found.
